The 2021 HBACV Parade of Homes is scheduled for October 9th & October 16th 2021. The HBACV will begin accepting participating builders in March, when the application will be posted here on the website.

The spring event will feature new-built, remodeled and newly-restored homes (and lofts) throughout the greater Lynchburg area. It will feature homes by both HBACV members and non-members. (Builders interested in participating and seeking information should contact the HBACV office at 485-0091 or 942-5992).

This two-weekend event will be free and open to the public. It will include in-person tours and virtual tours. A complete magazine guide and website will be available to help guide patrons to and through the homes. Homes will feature the newest products and innovations and is a premier event highlighting builders, designers, vendors, suppliers and Realtors involved in these homes as well as companies exhibiting products and services to current, new and potential homeowners. Additional detailed information will be announced through the spring and summer.
