2023 MONTHLY MEMBER EVENTS
*HAMMER TIME Is the monthly program and networking event for the HBACV membership These events allow members to gather in a informal setting to engage with others members as well as participate in education, information and service presentations along with fellowship and socialization. All Hammer Time events and Code Classes are free and open to up to five employees of the member company
To better prepare for our Home Show Event, we have moved the date to the Spring of 2024. More details will follow later this year.
March 30: (Thurs.) *Hammer Time: The Water Dog, Starts at 5 pm.
April 18: (Tues.) *Hammer Time: TBD, Starts at 5 pm.
April 28: (Fri.) $10,000 Scholarship Fundraiser & Gala – $10,000 Raffle Drawing & Gala Event that raises money to provide yearly tuition grants for four college & Trade School students. Ticketed and catered event at Tresca on 8th Downtown Lynchburg. Event from 6 pm – 10 pm. Heavy Hors D’oeuvres & Open Bar @ 6 pm, Raffle Begins @ 6:30 pm. Call HBACV to buy your raffle tickets today!
May 30: (Tues.) *Hammer Time: Hillcats Night at the Ballpark. Come to the Hillcats stadium to enjoy at night of networking and baseball. Door open at 5 pm.
June 2-4: (Fri.-Sun.) *HBAV State Conference. Held at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV.
June 20: (Tues.) *Hammer Time: TBD, Starts at 5 pm.
July 18: (Tues.) *Hammer Time: TBD, Starts at 5 pm.
August 4: (Fri.) HBACV Annual Golf Tournament; Time to get your team together for the Annual golf tournament. Sponsorships still available, more details to follow!
August 29: (Tues.) *Hammer Time: TBD, Starts at 5 pm.
September 16 (Sat.) – The 7th annual Touch-A-Truck: at Sims Farm in New London. HBACV’s Touch a Truck is back! Net proceeds from this event support the HBACV community outreach for Local Children’s Charities. The event draws more than 9,000 attendees. Sponsorships are still available and tickets for the event will go on sale later this Spring/early Summer. Visit Touch a Truck Lynchburg for details!

November 21 (Tues.) *Hammer Time Bowling Tournament: Time and Place, TBD. Check back soon!
December 8 (Fri.) Christmas / Installation Gala: (At Tresca on 8th Downtown Lynchburg) Annual Holiday Gala with installation of 2024 officers and board of directors. A ticketed and catered event. 6:00 pm until 10 pm.
