Legislative Initiatives

The Home Builders Association of Virginia works with the HBACV and others local association to advocate for and monitor legislative actions in Richmond impacting the building industry and consumers. The HBACV and HBAV seeks to prevent onerous regulation and legislation that would make our industry less fluid and that would add to the cost of homeownership.
