Beasley Disposal is locally owned and operated by Delbert Beasley and BJ Leebrick. Together they bring over 50 years of experience in the Waste Industry. Delbert and BJ are from Lynchburg, so they truly offer clients hometown service with an “Old Fashion Touch”.Delbert was born and raised in Lynchburg. He worked for the family trash business since childhood. Delbert also worked as a Landfill Manager, and Facility Manager for BFI and Allied Waste Services.Delbert has two sons; Brad and Nick. Both are excellent drivers and mechanics. I guess you could say it’s in the Beasley blood!BJ started her career in the waste industry in 1988 working for BFI Lynchburg as Sales Representative. She worked for BFI for about 19 years. B.J.’s son, Joe Burford also works for Beasley Disposal. Joe likes “talkin trash” just like his Mom. Joe is tops at customer service and sales.The BDI drivers are the best! Together they bring over 100 years of experience in the waste industry.  Every driver is focused to achieve continuous improvements, and excellent service.
