D.S. Zechini Construction, Inc. originated from a “heritage of quality” established by L.L. Zechini, Jr. in 1945.  Although the times have changed, the quality remains the same. D.S. Zechini Construction, Inc. is committed to attracting the best-qualified individuals to all positions of employment.  We seek to retain those who meet our high standards by encouraging and facilitating their continued growth. Scott Zechini, President, holds the fundamental principle of a “hands on” approach to all of our projects.  This insures that from the bidding process to the completion every concern will be addressed and every need will be well attended to by someone who is an expert in every aspect of the project. Barry Layne, our Project Coordinator and Manager, oversees daily operations at the construction sites; schedules subcontractors and maintains material inventory and quality control.  Barry is our liaison with our clients.   Our office staff uses Jobpower by Applied Computer Systems.  This is a detailed computerized accounting and cost coding system.  They are active participants in the operations of the Company; knowledgeable in the construction industry and available to help our clients, suppliers and subcontractors. By fully employing our individual skills in a collective manner, we strive to provide the highest quality construction services to our clients.
