HAMMER TIME Is the monthly program and networking event for the HBACV membership These events allow members to gather in a informal setting to engage with others members as well as participate in education, information and service presentations along with fellowship and socialization.

  • February 20 (Tues.) Hammer Time: Hosted at Craftsman Custom Home Builders. Sponsor presentation,update on legislative initiatives; custom-home building; Spring Raffle Kickoff; 2017 Superlative awards. College Scholarship applications). Starts at 5 pm. Please RSVP to bob@hbacv.org.

  • April Education Program: Seminar class on state uniform building code changes education program I with local inspectors; Site, date and time to be determined.
  • April 27 (Fri.) HBACV Spring $10,000 Raffle: Annual scholarship gala raises money to provide yearly tuition grants for four college students. The ticketed and catered event offers $10,000 in cash prizes and is scheduled from 6 pm to 8:30 pm at The Glass House in downtown Lynchburg. Contact a member for ticket information.

  • August 3 (Fri.) Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament: Host course, sponsors and schedule to be finalized in May. Registration and lunch at 12:30 pm; Shot gun start at 1:30 pm; prizes and post-event social at 6 pm. Contact bob@hbacv.org for information or enter form.
  • August 21 (Tues.) Hammer Time: Host, sponsor, location and program to be determined. Starts at 5 pm. Please RSVP to bob@hbacv.org.
  • September 8 (Sat.) – The fifth annual Touch A Truck: at Simms Farm in New London. The HBACV’s Annual Community Charity Fundraiser. Net proceeds from this event support the HBACV community outreach for Local Children’s Charities. The event draws more than 5,000 attendees. Contact bob@hbacv.org for information.
