Milton Construction Company is a father/son business located in Appomattox, Virginia (20 minutes from Lynchburg).Ken Milton has worked in construction for almost his entire career. He co-founded Bass & Milton Construction Company, Inc. over 30 years ago.  Together with his son, Todd Milton, they own and operate Milton Construction Company.We are a full service building contractor. We are able to work with plans from architects or custom draw plans in our office to suit your design.  We build new homes from the ground up. We also build additions and perform other major renovation work.  We are on the job doing much of the work with our own hands. We consistently use the same sub-contractors who perform work up to our standards.
