For 25 years Ed Friar has been building homes for families in the Lynchburg area. He has a class A license, a flawless reputation, is a member of the Home Builder Association and is “Green“ Certified. One of the things that contributes to his continued success is his attention to detail and  pride in his workmanship. He is on the cutting edge of   changing market trends. Helping him identify these trends is his teammate and realtor wife Tina Friar.Ed has recently become certified under the Earth Craft program - Governor Tim Kaine’s official green building program. Ed has also been the developer of two successful projects: The Crossings in Campbell County, which are attached homes; and Foxbriar in Amherst, which has single family homes. Despite his busy schedule, he finds time to attend Heritage Baptist Church and float the James River on a summer day.Tina Friar, like her husband, is a Virginia Tech graduate.She is the Vice President of the company and assists with accounting and some financial aspects of the business. Tina is also an integral part of the selections that go in homes.
