COMMITTEES:

Membership Development Committee: Guides and coaches ongoing membership initiatives to maintain member retention and drive member growth. Leads the association’s annual spring and fall membership drives.

Finance Committee: Provides direction and oversight to the financial activities of the association.

Nominating Committee: Solicits and generates the annual slate of board and officer candidates to develop current and future leadership roles in the association.

Program Committee: Plans and approves overall program initiatives and the monthly schedule and events of the association.

Home Show/Parade of Homes Task Force: Develops strategies and tactics to evaluate, monetize and revive these events and solidify the HBACV as the regional community leader in the home building and remodeling field.

Raffle Committee: Plans and conducts annual spring $10,000 Raffle which is a fund-raising event supporting the HBACV scholarship fund.

Scholarship Committee: Evaluates applications and selects scholarship recipients for annual college grants to children and grandchildren of members of the association.

Golf Committee: Plans and conducts annual summer Captain’s Choice tournament which is a fund-raising and social event supporting the HBACV scholarship fund.

Touch A Truck Committee: Plans and conducts annual fall community-wide fund-raising event which supports the HBACV community outreach for Local Children’s Charities.

Christmas Gala Committee: Plans and conducts annual winter fund-raising celebration event and Installation of Officers gala.
